Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy—you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at geekworldshopetsy@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization.

Returns should be mailed to:

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us right away at geekworldshopetsy@gmail.com, and we will work quickly to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)

  • Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The best way is to return the original item and make a new purchase once your return is approved.


European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without justification. Items must still meet our return eligibility criteria.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
